Title: Partnership Marketing Coordinator
Reports to: Sr. Director, Partnership Activation
Department: Global Partnerships
FLSA: Non-Exempt
Job Summary: The Sacramento Kings Organization is looking for a Partnership Marketing Coordinator to support the execution and optimization of corporate partnerships in all areas, including, but not limited to, planning and activating sponsorship assets, sales assistance, on-site event support, interdepartmental communication, and data resources. The ideal candidate combines project management skills and attention to detail with a passion for innovation, storytelling, and collaborative problem-solving in a fast-paced sport and entertainment environment.

Job Responsibilities:
• Contribute to the successful fostering of relationships with existing partners (in collaboration with Account Managers and Specialist).
• Contribute to the department's strategic goals, creating and executing plans to exceed partner objectives.
• In coordination with broadcast teams, help manage the activation/fulfillment of Radio and TV assets on an annual basis.
• Assist in the upkeep and maintenance of sponsorship and inventory tracking system.
• Work with internal departments to facilitate completion of promised elements.
• Plan, activate, and in some cases oversee game day activities (i.e. on-court contests, videoboard promotions & advertising, concourse kiosks, giveaways, hospitality, etc.)
• Assist Sales Team with the development of new business by way of ongoing industry and category research.
• Aid in the brainstorming of partnership marketing strategies, including unique activations, community tie-ins, etc.
• Collaborate with the Business Intelligence team on pulling data and analytics for key category partnership pitches, updates on inventory assets that are available and asset analytics.
• Collaborate with the department to ensure that inventory elements are accurately incorporated into sponsorship packages.
• Various other projects and duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
• 1-2 years of experience in research, analytics, marketing, partnership marketing, sponsorship, corporate sales, and/or client development preferred.
• Preferred experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, KORE).
• Must have in-depth working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Photoshop, Canva, and graphic design experience a plus.
• Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Service-oriented; committed to teamwork and catering to the customer.
• BA/BS degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
• Capable of working extended hours, such as overtime, nights, weekends, and holidays as necessary.
Compensation:
The annual base salary for this hourly professional role is $41,600 - $45,760. Final offers for this role will be made within the parameters of the salary range provided. Years of experience, skills, and other factors are considered when determining the salary offered. Total compensation & offer package will include the following:

Salary Details
Salary Range: $41,600 to $45,760 Per Hour ($ USD)
