Job Summary

This position is responsible for providing excellent customer service to all fans via phone, email, and live chat. Helping to resolve customer problems and various responsibilities within our Ticket Office, such as processing orders.

Responsibilities

Primary:
• Support union ticket sellers at the window, which requires: answering questions, reconciling cash drawers, troubleshooting problems, and ensuring work is done correctly.
• Ensure that the Window Ticket Seller banks are accurate and balanced.
• Receive and process payment transactions and ensure the accuracy of the daily payment reports.
• Assist the Account Executives with customer service, will call requests, sending tickets, processing of urgent orders, and resolving of pressing issues.
• Process package, group and single orders, which includes: data entry, shipping tickets, and troubleshooting.
• Assisting Ticket Office personnel with season payments and flex plan orders.
• Responding to emails, calling customers, participating in meetings, etc.
• Support the Customer Service department when assigned by Manager.
• All other duties as assigned by the Manager, Ticket Operations.

Qualifications

Required:
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• High School Graduate
• Knowledge of Microsoft Applications

Availability:
• This job is 29 hours a week, but subject to change during season.
• Must be flexible and available nights, holidays and weekends

Desired:
• Associate's Degree in Business Administration
• Customer relations experience
• Ticket Office experience
