We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated GPS Strategy & Service, Assistant to assist the Global Partnership Solutions team with partner/department events, partnership sales pitch process and contractual account fulfillment.

What You Will Do:
• Strategic execution of partnership assets across multiple platforms (e.g. broadcast, signage, creative, marketing, digital, social, etc.)
• Participate in strategic planning to meet partner goals/objectives and identify new and effective solution-based concepts to maximize partnership ROI
• Collaborate with GPS Strategy & Service to execute partner-related events, gameday hospitality, and in-market activations (e.g. develop run of show and manage onsite)
• Responsible for promotion/event proof of performance and creation of formal recaps to be delivered to partners
• Work closely with internal departments and third-party vendors
• Coordinate talent appearances (e.g. Gorilla, Scorch, dancers, emcees, players, alumni)
• Assist GPS Sales initiatives as needed (e.g. renewals, new business pitches)
• Manage department promotional giveaway/gifting inventory
• Regular travel in-market to support department (e.g. vendor/client pickups/drops)

What We Need From Our Strategy & Service, Assistant:
• Strong organizational skills, attention-to-detail, and ability to multitask effectively
• Self-motivated, ability to work independently and problem solve
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact professionally with clients, vendors, and team members.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)

Experience/ Education Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED
• College degree – BA/BS or equivalent experience (preferred)
