Job Description

We are seeking a self-motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our dynamic Data Strategy and Operations team in PBS Business Intelligence. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring effective communication and representation of our Local Dashboard in the system. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for producing quarterly status reports, serving as a Local TV Linear Nielsen expert, and organizing quarterly instructional and training webinars. The Project Coordinator will seek to align these activities with the Data Strategy and Operations team's objectives of Data Quality and Operational Efficiency.

Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Status Reports:
• Compile and analyze data to create comprehensive quarterly status reports on performance. Reports will include work accomplished, goals met, challenges and successes, and lessons learned; as well as metrics on qualitative and or quantitative data resulting from this work.
• Collaborate with various departments to gather relevant information and metrics.
• Provide an annual aggregate Trend Analysis to the system which can be used as a benchmark against which local stations can compare their data.

Representation:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for queries related to the Local Dashboard within the system.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with local stations and Nielsen.
• Provide support to end-users and assist with troubleshooting software-related issues.

Webinars:
• Coordinate quarterly Dashboard training webinars. The training provided will supplement the training provided by Nielsen and will focus on data literacy and how to tell cross-platform stories using the data provided by the dashboard.
• Train stations how to how to perform ongoing trend analyses of their own market, using different months, market breaks, dayparts, and/or demographics.
• Highlight station use cases and instruct stations on how to read the data provided.

Requirements For Success
• 1-2 years of related data-operations experience preferably at a television network, digital entertainment company or with an entertainment-based research organization
• Bachelor's degree. An equivalent combination of education and work experience may be considered

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to balance overlapping deadlines
• Ability to work independently and proactively, exercising sound judgment.
• Ability to collaborate as a team player with all levels of staff and external stakeholders.
• Adept at working with Webinar Technology such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google Meet and GoTo Meeting.
• Consistently demonstrates respect for inclusion, diversity, and ethics.
• Always takes an iterative approach for solving problems and building solutions.
