The Role and What You'll Do:
The Senior Manager, B2B Marketing for the Official Hospitality Programme
of the FIFA World Cup 26™ will be part of our B2B corporate marketing team and responsible for marketing hospitality offerings for the tournament . You r role will focus on building a B2B marketing strategy targeting corporate and high-net worth individual s through demand generation programs including email marketing, paid partnerships (sponsorships), tradesh ows and digital . This role will also mentor and lead a Corporate Marketing Manager.
B2B Marketing Strategy
• D evelop successful B2B campaigns , both d irect to businesses and high-net worth individuals that drive leads for the Corporate Sales Teams
• D rive the creation of exciting campaigns - liaising with digital services and creative teams
• D evelop personas and buyer journeys related to high - net worth individuals and corporate buyers in key markets
• D evelop value proposition and key messages for high - net worth individuals and corporate buyers in key markets
• Manage and execute lead generation activities to support corporate sales teams including but not limited too email marketing, paid partnerships (sponsorships), tradeshows and digital
• Hire and manage a Corporate M arketing M anager
• Collaborate with other B2B teams within On Location to execute joint programs
Marketing Activation and Reporting
• Manage budget and reporting related to B2B corporate marketing strategy
• Interpret marketing metrics, build and shar e reports with sales and marketing leadership
• W ork closely with digital marketing team to build and execute corporate marketing campaigns
• Support sales enablement needs of corporate sales team (not limited to sales presentations, emails/social, events, etc.)
• S ubmit creative intake forms and direct creative briefs
• Align with PR and B2C marketing on Corporate activations and events
• Pivot quickly from marketing activities that are under performing
• Travel as needed to event activations in North America
You Have These:
• 5-8 years in Corporate, B2B marketing
• Experience executing lead generation campaigns that result in a high-number
of opportunities for Sales team
• Experience defining reporting requirements and insights related to lead generation /demand generation activities
• MarTech experience – CRM, Sales Enablement, ABM, Revenue Orchestration tools/platforms
• U nderstand and value working closely with Sales in partnership for success
• S elf-starter and driven, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to make strategic decisions, always keeping what's best for the business at the forefront
• Eager and willingness to roll-up sleeves and jump in

Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. Endeavor strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.
Hiring Range Minimum:
$93,750 annually
Hiring Range Maximum:
$125,000 annually
