Position Overview:
The Financial Analyst is an integral finance role focused on enhancing business reporting and delivering accurate, timely financial information to support decision-making for On Location's hospitality offerings at the 2026 World Cup. The position will report to the Finance Director FP&A and help drive efficiencies around sales reporting and wider event budgeting/forecasting
The ideal candidate possesses strong technical analytics experience (preferably within Events or Hospitality) along with the adaptability, resilience to change and inter-personal skills necessary to thrive in large people-oriented organizations.
Key areas of responsibility
• Develop and maintain comprehensive financial forecasts and reports, tracking operational metrics to inform strategic decision-making.
• Business partner with multiple areas of the business including Finance, Sales, Production, HR, Technology and Marketing to ensure reporting requirements are met across the business
• Analyze past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements
• Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and Excel dashboards
• Assist in the preparation of annual forecasting and long-term financial plans
• Collaborate with data analytics & Strategy teams to integrate advanced analytics into financial models.
• Manage special projects related to revenue enhancement and price optimization.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and competitive landscape to inform financial strategies
• Ensure a no surprises culture where finance has a key seat at the table when discussing any decisions with financial impacts
Qualifications
• 3-5+ years of progressive experience in Finance and analytics
• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting, ACA, Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and/or MBA preferred
• Experience working with multinational companies
• Experience in Events or Hospitality
• Flexibility to lead during periods of frequent and progressive change.
• Ability to hold themselves and others accountable for performance.
• Travel as required – approx. 25% of the time depending on location.

Per local requirements and in the interest of transparency, the range shown below reflects the prevalent current hiring range for this position. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. Endeavor strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.
Hiring Range Minimum:
$60,000 annually
Hiring Range Maximum:
$80,000 annually
