Recruiter, Animation Recruitment (Freelance)

We are looking for an Animation Recruiting professional to join our team! The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the recruitment process from beginning to end while creating and maintaining an excellent candidate experience. They must demonstrate critical thinking while maintaining clear communication as they drive tasks to completion while ensuring accuracy at all times.

Job Duties:
• Lead, energize, and drive recruitment efforts to deliver results for our clients.
• Collaborate with Studio Support Teams and Production Leadership to fully understand their objectives. Provide service with attention to detail, follow up and follow through.
• Partner with Artist Management to present candidates that meet the needs of the productions (2D and CG).
• Oversee the onboarding and background check process.
• Anticipate and plan for hiring needs as we ramp up and down productions.
• Participate in outreach efforts that will strengthen our brand and network.
• Build and cultivate strong professional relationships with industry networks.
• Additional responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 3-6 years of Animation/Entertainment recruiting experience.
• Proven ability to evaluate candidate portfolios, artwork and/or technical qualifications.
• Experience with databases and/or applicant tracking systems. Airtable experience is a plus.
• Ability to travel as needed for industry events and recruiting opportunities.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Hiring Salary Range: $74500.0 - 111500.0.

The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
