Part-Time Post Production Assistant
NFL Media is currently looking for a Post Production Assistant to work in our Media Management and Post Production group at our West Coast Headquarters in Inglewood, CA. Candidate must have 1-2 years of previous experience working in a live broadcast or post production environment.
Responsibilities
• Media Management support for file naming and metadata tagging within our media asset management system
• Transcribing press conferences and interviews
• Assistant Editing duties as needed within Adobe Premiere
• Creation of ingest placeholders for daily remote and studio feeds
• Videotape digitization support, converting physical videotapes into digital files
• Extensive knowledge of the NFL and College football (team rosters and league activity)
• Attention to detail with the ability to accurately spell player's names
• Demonstrated experience with current post production software such as Adobe Premiere CC 2024, Davinci Resolve, and other industry standards
• Fluency with all Microsoft Office software applications
• Familiarity with cloud-based file sharing services, such as AWS, MediaSilo/Shift, and Frame.io
• Possess excellent communications skills that allow for highly productive workflows between the editorial and production departments
Preferred Qualifications
• Degree or certifications preferred

• Adhere to all facility SOPs and existing workflows to execute numerous daily tasks
• Ability to learn new technology and workflows, as well as provide training and guidance to others working within the broadcast facility
• Possess excellent communications skills that allow for highly productive workflows between the editorial and production departments
• Ability to make decisions independently and escalate issues to upper management when necessary
Salary / Pay Range

Terms / Expected Hours of Work
• 24/7 broadcast facility, so shifts can be scheduled on weekend hours and holidays. Candidate must have a flexible schedule and be able to work off-hour shifts when needed.
