An excellent Assistant's main objective is to enable and ease the assigned executive's productivity and high performance by effectively managing priorities and processes accordingly (scheduling, traveling, expenses, files, etc.), advancing and uncoiling potential changes, challenges, problems, opportunities, and solutions, and suggesting productive approaches.

Our team builds partnerships around the world to get Netflix on popular device platforms to make it easy for consumers to discover, pay for, and enjoy Netflix. Internally, our team is an exemplar of cross-functional coordination deeply engaged with product, marketing, engineering, network operations, finance, and legal. Externally, our team leads the charge to make Netflix available via hundreds of millions of devices: from consumer electronics companies building smarter SmartTVs and smartphones to Pay TV and operator devices to enabling consumers to access and pay for Netflix with the click of a button through their set-top box and other channels. Key Responsibilities

Managing calendars of 2-4 executives including booking and confirming meetings with productivity and sustainability.
Own executive internal and external scheduling.
Managing all details of the executive's business trips and transit requirements.
Support executive's team meetings, including taking notes, tracking action items, and following up on these.
Provide support with specific documentation and materials for project presentations, folders, and files.
Be the focal point and end-to-end owner of 2-4 executives' agenda end-to-end
Provide specific support to the executive's team for internal and external business appointments and events.
Support in planning and execution of the team's offsite events including vendor identification, negotiation, and booking.
Be an active member of the team, to facilitate the business

Skill Set & Experience

10+ years of experience
Solid previous experience as Assistant to Directors, managing calendars, travel arrangements, and expense reports.
Able to work independently and proactively.
Highly motivated, hands-on, and oriented to solve problems.
Strong communication skills (writing, speaking, negotiating, pivoting).
Team-player who operates in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
Ability to be discrete and maintain confidential information.
Mastery of prioritization, managing unforeseen and last-minute urgencies, aligning expectations, and responding accordingly.
Fluency in English and Spanish. Portuguese is a plus.
Proficiency in Google Suit and/or Office.
