THE JOB

We are looking for a versatile Human Resources Manager interested in providing an excellent employee relations experience while also developing and improving processes.

The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for fostering positive relationships between Live Nation's Media & Sponsorship division and its employees. They will play a critical role in enhancing employee satisfaction and productivity by resolving workplace performance challenges, fostering better communication, and improving relationships across the division.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
• Employee Relations: Provide guidance on employee relations issues, driving fair and effective resolutions while ensuring compliance with legal and organizational standards:
• Cultivate an inclusive, supportive workplace by addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
• Support management in implementing performance improvement plans, managing corrective actions, and overseeing termination processes when necessary.
• Conduct thorough investigations into workplace issues and complaints. Prepare detailed reports, ensuring compliance with legal and organizational standards .
• Employee Lifecycle Touch Points: Oversee key touchpoints, including onboarding, development, and exit processes, ensuring a seamless employee experience.
• Guidance and Coaching: Offer strategic coaching and advice to managers and employees on HR policies, performance management, and professional development, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with leadership, legal, and other teams to execute employee engagement and retention strategies, and support divisional objectives.
• Data Management and Analysis: Utilize data management tools to track key metrics, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to HR leadership.
• Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for efficiency improvements within HR functions and implement process enhancements that support organizational growth.
• Special Projects: Drive high-impact initiatives, such as benchmarking studies, headcount analysis, and job leveling projects, ensuring alignment with business goals.

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of experience in HR, with a strong focus on employee relations and project management.
• Proficiency in Excel
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Experience using Workday a plus
