Summary of Position
Lionsgate is currently seeking an Executive Assistant, Worldwide Television & Digital Distribution to report to the President, Worldwide Television & Digital Distribution.
Responsibilities
• Heavy calendar management for the President, including scheduling conference calls and meetings and closely monitoring calendars to resolve scheduling conflicts. Gather and organize meeting materials and agendas in advance
• Handle general administrative duties including answering phones, team management, expense reports, etc.
• Arrange complex travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation
• Provide President with detailed travel plans and necessary documentation
• Attend internal meetings, maintain notes, and coordinate actions plan for follow up
• Coordination of special events including creating and managing invitation lists and responses, event logistics and catering
• Provide general support to the President and Worldwide distribution team as needed with adhoc projects
• Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information, handle confidential documents and communications with discretion
• Foster positive relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally, collaborate with other assistants and departments to ensure seamless operations
Qualifications and Skills
• Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• MS Office Suite proficiency, especially Outlook and Excel
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and thrive in a fast-paced environment
