Job Description
The Production Coordinator at UMe will create and produce physical and digital catalog products for the label.
How you'll CREATE:
• Support for scheduling and monitoring all aspects of production.
• Maintaining clear communication between the Creative, Marketing, A&R, Manufacturing and Production Departments as well as any additional outside design, pre-press and print vendors to ensure timely delivery of all projects.
• Set up and deliver digital releases.
• Release metadata research, intensive data input and management of scheduling systems.
• Other duties as assigned by company management.
Bring your VIBE:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in production of similar role
• Detail oriented with strong follow through - able to organize and prioritize multiple projects
• Knowledge and understanding of physical manufacturing, printing, design and pre-press
• Knowledge and understanding of digital production from gathering assets to publishing final digital releases
• Ability to work in a demanding, fast-paced environment
• Highly motivated and with a desire to work in a team environment.
• Strong Critical Thinking and Problem-Solving skills
• Excellent communicator with the ability to build and maintain relationships
• Extreme attention to detail
• Ability to keep information confidential.
• Intermediate to advanced expertise in Microsoft Office suite particularly exce
• College degree preferred
