Receptionist

KOCO-TV, the ABC affiliate in Oklahoma City has an opening for a Receptionist, aka ''Director of First Impressions'', to serve as administrative support to the station and assist other departments. The Receptionist will serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them; notify company personnel of visitor arrivals; maintain security, clerical tasks and operating the Cisco telecommunications switchboard.

Responsibilities
• Welcome visitors by greeting them in person or on the telephone
• Provide information to viewers and answer and refer inquiries
• Ensure security by managing guest logbook and issuing visitor badges
• Maintain safe and clean reception area
• Maintain continuity among departments by documenting and communicating actions
• Coordinate the pick-up and delivery of express mail services and USPS mail, and other deliveries during regular business hours.

Requirements
• Previous Customer Service or Receptionist experience
• Excellent communication skills, whether in person or on the telephone
• Customer focus; must have integrity in handling client inquiries/requests
• Prefer familiarity with the Cisco switchboard console
• Microsoft Office and general computer skills
• In-person attendance is required
• Related military experience will be considered
