Coordinator, Digital Sales (NE)

PRINCIPAL FUNCTIONS:
The Digital Sales Coordinator works within established Sales Department guidelines to maximize station revenue opportunities from an order entry, traffic and accounting perspective. The Digital Sales Coordinator is also responsible for assisting the sales team in a variety of functions to enhance the sales process and facilitate the delivery and success of digital marketing campaigns for KFOR clientele.
• Assists the sales team in designing marketing proposal for clients
• Maintains awareness of digital traffic requirements for Google Ad Manager
• Enters order, traffic and accounting data using computers, ledgers, orders and other resources
• Corresponds with customers and confers with coworkers to answer inquiries and account management
• Assists team in developing marketing creative for clients, such as display banners, videos, emails, and other marketing material
• Excels at social media campaigns for Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, YouTube, and other social media platforms
• Prepares forms and reports
• Monitors inventory
• Maintains files and other business records
• Performs other duties as assigned
