Position Summary
We are looking for a Senior Talent Coordinator who reflects the collaborative mindset, production excellence and passion for great filmmaking that defines ILM.
The Senior Talent Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Talent Management team in ensuring the Artists, Production teams, Editorial and Art departments have a positive experience working at ILM. The Senior Talent Coordinator will also be responsible for ensuring cohesive workflows and executing ways to drive efficiencies across the Talent team, working closely with the Talent Coordinators to ensure consistency.
What You'll Do:
Support cross-departmental projects from a Talent perspective to improve efficiencies for the Studio
Mentor other Talent Coordinators to guide and support best practices
Provide Artists, Production teams, Editorial and Art departments with employee-related support including leave, seating, timecards, onboarding, and general enquiries.
Support capacity planning and help guide capacity solutions, updating and maintaining crewing and capacity tools and databases
Work with Talent Managers and Talent Coordinators on best practices between Studio capacity and Talent

Proven problem-solving skills and VFX knowledge is an additional advantage

This role is Hybrid, which means the employee will be required to work a minimum of 2 days on-site per week at a Company designated location, and occasionally from home.
