What You'll Do:
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to work across IMG's sports catalogue as part of the commercial team in EMEA with focus on UK and Ireland whilst also maintaining client relationships globally.
PLEASE NOTE: This is a 12-month fixed term contract based at our Chiswick, London office. You may be required to work weekends and unsocial hours when needed for events.

Key Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To:
• Manages smaller media customer relationships and/or provides direct customer support to more significant accounts.
• Assists more senior staff with developing strategy and structuring negotiations with customers on behalf of domestic and international clients.
• Supports more senior staff with new business strategy.
• Collates broadcast and ratings information from customers.
• Helps to coordinates all sales activity to ensure that all contractual deliverables are met and relevant entries are made in both Stadium and Torch.
• Manages research requests on behalf of clients.
• Identifying new business opportunities and building relationships whether with broadcasters or federations.
• Work on all things Fight sports ranging from UFC, Cage Warriors, Combate and any boxing events.
You Will Have The Following Strengths:
• Is recognised as having significant market knowledge in the territory(ies) in which they operate.
• Advises on strategy and supports the senior sales team on rights negotiations with customers.
• Interprets internal or external issues and recommends solutions/best practices.
• Typically 2+ years of experience.
• Develops best practices and refines established operating standards to best service specific customers.
• Decisions and problem-solving are guided by policies, procedures and business plan or prior precedents set.
• Receives guidance from senior managers.
• Capable of delivering presentations to senior management.
• Provides technical guidance to junior employees, colleagues and clients.
• Communication is generally more operational and basic than strategic and complex.
• An effective leader with strong people management skills and ability to excel in a fast paced environment
• Working knowledge of MS Office software, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to build long lasting working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to self-direct and motivate and work with minimal supervision
• A strong team player that is flexible dependent on business demand
• Excellent time management skills, ability to work calmly under pressure whilst meeting deadlines
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise
