We've built Europe's best-connected broadcast centre at Stockley Park, London, distributing 35,000 hours of content globally and creating some of the world's best sporting coverage. Our facilities include four broadcast studios, fifty edit suites and a multitude of radio, podcast, dubbing and VFX facilities, with specialisms in remote production and carbon reduction thanks to our Green to Screen initiative. What You'll Do:
At Premier League Productions we create, produce and distribute all 380 Live Premier League matches, programming, digital and creative content for the most watched football league in the world. As the international broadcast partner of the Premier League, we work closely in partnership with the world's leading broadcasters to ensure the Premier League remains the most watched, valued and admired league in the world.

We currently have an exciting opportunity in our Digital & Creative team for an experienced high performing Production Executive to lead a team of creative Line Producers, Production Managers, Production Coordinators, Production Assistants and freelancers. This role requires strong inclusive, inspiring leadership, collaborative problem- solving, analytical insight and a passion for excellence while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Reporting into the Head of Production, this position is ideal for someone with a track record of managing a large team with significant digital and creative output. The successful candidate will possess strong organisational, communication and management skills alongside a drive to push creative boundaries whilst optimising efficiencies.
PLEASE NOTE: This is a permanent contract based our facility in Stockley Park, Uxbridge. This role will involve late starts/finishes and weekend /bank holiday working where necessary.

Key Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To:
• Ensure all production, content and project deliverables are met, on budget & fully compliant,
• Accurate financial planning & reporting,
• Negotiate and manage supplier relationships, not limited to VFX, Grade, Design and Audio, to ensure we optimise the products and services available, and contractual performance obligations are met,
• Lead, motivate, inspire and develop the production management team including appraisals, succession planning and ongoing coaching and development,
• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to ensure briefs are understood, requirements are captured, and expectations are met,
• Oversee and perform project management duties to a high standard, ensuring that critical deadlines are met and high-quality outcomes achieved.
• Development and implementation of new systems & processes
• Drive an inclusive culture allowing everyone to bring their authentic selves to the workplace

You Will Have The Following Strengths:
• Proven experience of managing legal, commercial, H&S & compliance within a live, factual and commercial production environment.
• Knowledge of emerging technologies and ability to drive through & adapt to new technology/workflows.
• Experience of postproduction workflows across all levels of production from in house promos, to commercials that require conforms/VFX/Grade and audio.
• Diplomatic and able to influence without authority across a range of stakeholders.
• Experience as a Production Executive / Senior Production Manager/Line Producer.
