Account Coordinator, Fulham

The Role and What You'll Do:

The Events and Account Coordinator role is to support the Guest Experience Team to ensure their clients have an exceptional experience throughout their customer journey.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Support the Guest Experience Team across Football properties to ensure all clients have an exceptional experience from the point of sale.
• Day to day point of contact for Fulham FC's seasonal hospitality clients.
• Ensure all admin is up to date, including and not limited to supporting the post sales process, ensuring contracts are returned, all invoices are up to date and paid, welcome packs are sent and received, client data is up to date and accurate.
• Using data logged via CRM to enhance guest experiences via tailored invites and value add events.
• Occasional match day presence.
• Assist with ensuring member comms strategies are executed according to a seasonal timeline.
• Helping to ensure all guest touchpoints are within the company's set SLAs.
• Manage daily relations with the organization's customers (calls, emails, meetings, etc.) as well as with the various suppliers and internal services. Assisting organizing clients' event day experiences.
• Support the link between the sales team and the guest services functions.
• Dealing with complaints, logging details via CRM and escalating when required.

You Have These:
• Experience in guest services
• Proficiency in English is required. Other languages encouraged;
• Experience in Microsoft Office (PPT, Word, Excel, etc…) required. ;
• Comfortable working with multiple technology and software platforms, including but not limited to Office 365 platform, Salesforce and other digital collaboration and order management systems ;
• Excellent time management and organizational skills ;
• Ability to do multiple tasks and work in a high-pressure environment
• Strong communication skills
• Self-motivated and resourceful
• Punctuality, professional ethics, commitment, motivation and energy characterize you.
