The Talent Operations Associate will play a critical role in optimizing the operations of our recruiting team. This individual will help manage administrative tasks, enhance recruitment efficiency, and ensure an excellent candidate experience. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, an eye for detail, and a passion for improving processes in a fast-paced environment.

Resonsibilities:
• Data Management: Ensure all candidate data is entered and maintained accurately in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other recruitment tools, ensuring compliance with internal and external data privacy regulations.
• Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to streamline and improve recruitment processes, supporting the team in implementing best practices and new technologies to enhance efficiency.
• Reporting & Analytics: Generate reports on key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, source of hire) and assist with data analysis to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Candidate Experience: Provide excellent customer service to candidates throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact through onboarding, ensuring a positive experience at every touchpoint.
• Job Postings & Adherence to Policies: Assist with drafting and posting job descriptions on various platforms. Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements in all job postings and candidate communications.
• Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and the HR team to ensure smooth and timely hiring processes. Serve as a liaison between candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Documentation & Compliance: Ensure all recruitment documentation is complete, accurate, and up-to-date, maintaining compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Onboarding Support: Assist with pre-boarding and onboarding processes for new hires, including preparing offer letters, new hire paperwork, and facilitating orientation schedules.
• Recruitment Support: Assist the Talent Acquisition team with scheduling interviews, managing candidate communications, and coordinating logistics for recruitment events.
• Special Projects: Support in various recruitment and HR-related projects as needed, including employer branding initiatives, process improvements, and technology upgrades.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years of experience in recruitment, HR operations, or administrative roles.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or HRIS systems.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining data accuracy.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• High level of confidentiality and integrity when handling sensitive information.
• Experience with recruitment analytics and reporting is a plus.

The base salary for this role is between $65,000 - $72,500. The actual base pay offered is dependent upon many factors, such as: transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
