About the Position
The Golden State Warriors are looking for an Assistant to serve as an internal point of contact and assist with the full-cycle recruitment and pre-hire process for full-time, part-time, temporary and high-volume positions. In this role, you will play an active part in assisting internal recruiters in screening resumes, contacting potential candidates, partnering with internal clients, scheduling and conducting interviews, generating offer letters, maintaining data accuracy in our Applicant Tracking System and delivering an outstanding candidate experience.
The ideal candidate is a highly organized self-starter with the ability to prioritize and be flexible to provide support wherever needed. This person will help keep our hiring process smooth and ensure we recruit and retain a diverse and high-performing staff.

This is a full-time position based onsite in San Francisco, CA.
Key Responsibilities
• Support the recruitment process for a high volume of open positions ranging from entry-level to senior management including sourcing candidates, screening, interviewing, preparing and extending offers
• Coordinate complex interview scheduling with interviewers and candidates, including travel
• Administer I-9 verifications, pre-employment background and reference checks and lead on-boarding to ensure compliance and a positive candidate experience
• Conduct and coordinate new hire orientation presentations for part time, seasonal positions
• Maintain employee records in background and onboarding database; ensure data accuracy and provide regular reporting to Payroll for new hire entry
• Leverage technology to create efficiencies in recruitment processes and procedures
• Maintain Applicant Tracking System; run reports as requested
• Other duties as assigned
Required Experience & Skills
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 1-2 years of administrative experience, preferably in human resources or recruiting
• Familiarity and prior experience in full life-cycle recruitment process
• Understanding of equal employment opportunity laws that relate to employment and hiring practices
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (preferably Greenhouse) and background check service providers (preferably Sterling); ability to quickly adapt to and embrace new technology
• Ability to build positive working relationships with clients and peers at all levels within the organization
• Outstanding professionalism; ability to maintain appropriate levels of confidentiality and maturity even in high pressure situations
• Excellent written and verbal communication, service, resolution and presentation skills
• Ability to balance multiple projects in a demanding and fast-paced work environment
Compensation
• $26 .00 - 27.00 per hour + Bonus
