The Framestore recruitment team works across all of our global offices and divisions, recruiting for every team and level of role. As a globally distributed team, it is vital that we provide consistent and accurate information to our stakeholders; whether to local resourcing managers or senior management.

We are therefore looking for an experienced Data Analyst to join us to support our global vision to transform the reporting landscape within the global recruitment function and enable the team to deliver high-quality analysis and insights.

The recruitment Data Analyst role is integral to helping us understand our recruiting metrics (cost per hire, source mix, time to hire, conversion ratios, etc) and in spotting trends and opportunities in the marketplace to help us make more informed and timely decisions.

Who Would This Role Suit?
• This position is part of our global recruitment team and will initially be fully remote, requiring only occasional visits to our office in Mumbai. As the team grows, we plan to transition the successful candidate to spend more time in the office.
• This role is ideal for someone seeking a part-time opportunity, as it can initially be fulfilled within a 3-4 day work week.

Responsibilities
• Build and maintain required dashboards and visualisations.
• Have the ownership of the master recruitment database and ensure it is well-maintained.
• Provide monthly, quarterly and annual global reports for key stakeholders.
• Partner closely with the business and our global recruitment team to ensure a high degree of data accuracy is maintained at all times.
• Identify data issues and implement corrective actions to ensure data accuracy is maintained.
• Create, refine, and automate reporting tools / models / dashboards that provide analysis and insight into KPIs.
• Deal with ad-hoc insights requests and queries.

Skills
• Experience in advanced Excel/ Google Sheets.
• Experience working with ATS tools.
• Good communication and stakeholder management.
• Attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• Ability to review and analyse data and compile detailed professional and investigative reports.
• Ability to operate in a global multicultural environment.

Experience
• 4-6 years of experience with data analytics, data visualisation and technology such as Power BI and Excel.
• Prior experience in recruitment and/or HR is a plus.
• Prior experience with data visualisation tools (e.g. Tableau, Periscope) is a plus.
