SUMMARY:

Focused Artists Branding (FAB), is a boutique celebrity and digital Influencer branding agency. We are hiring a full-time Coordinator who would like a career and not just a job. This is a great opportunity to learn about celebrity and influencer endorsements and work in a hands-on environment.

This is a unique opportunity to get exposure to and gain a broad understanding of the celebrity and influencer branding world and the representation business. The Coordinator will also be able to learn about the entertainment industry in general and interact with clients, managers, lawyers, brands, ad agencies, PR agencies, and more. For the right candidate, this is an opportunity to fast-track to Junior Agent!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Daily support of client pitching efforts to ad agencies, PR agencies, brands, and more
• Manage client brand deal executions and logistics
• Maintain agency’s social media presence for all platforms including FB, IG, LI, and TW
• Branding and competitor research
• Support all agency back-end processes
• Maintain client materials & files
• Assist with accounting & invoicing

EXPERIENCE/REQUIREMENTS:

• 2 years of entertainment experience at a talent agency, management company, advertising/marketing agency, or related field required
• Demonstrated proficiency with the social media platforms listed above
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook) and Google Workspace (including Docs, Slides, and Sheets)
• High level of emotional intelligence and discretion to interact with varied personalities, sensitive situations, and confidential information
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize competing deadlines
• Must be a self-starter, team player, resourceful, highly organized, ambitious, enthusiastic, and exhibit a positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Professional written and oral communication skills are a MUST
• Experience with Canva and Airtable is a plus
• Knowledge/interest in digital influencers is desirable

COMPENSATION/BENEFITS:

The salary and bonus are commensurate with experience and contributions to the agency. We offer health benefits, 401K, and a company profit-sharing plan.
