The Role and What You'll Do:

Endeavor's Impact , Inclusion and Advocacy Team is looking for an executive to lead inclusion strategy for
On Location / IMG Events , based in New York . The Sr. Director will lead diversity, equity and inclusion efforts across the organization and contribute to relevant business initiatives. The goal of the position is to 1) significantly i mpact workforce composition by increasing the number
of individuals from underrepresented and historically excluded groups , and 2) develop and implement strategies and programs that increase retention, productivity, career progression, culture and belonging for all employees from underrepresented and historically excluded backgrounds .

Inclusion Strategy and Implementation
• Collaborate with the
On Location BU leader to develop and implement a comprehensive, tailored inclusion strategy with clear accountability metrics aimed at attracting, retaining , and advancing underrepresented employees across all facets
of the employee journey, in partnership with the Impact, Inclusion, and Advocacy team.
• Project manage the implementation of inclusion strategy across a variety of stakeholders and internal groups including communications, recruitment, early careers, learning and organizational development, human resources, management, and leadership
• Meet regularly with leadership to review strategy and use data and metrics to track progress, identify areas for improvement and recommend new tailored solutions .
• Recommend specific pipeline , industry partnerships and branding opportunities to
our Impact, Inclusion and Advocacy Social Innovation division

Culture and Belonging
• Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to identify inclusion-related trends within the company
• Support employee- led culture groups , taskforces and inclusion programming
• Recommend and oversee implementation of relevant trainings and capacity building exercises for leadership, people managers and the general employee population
• Support HR B usiness P artners to develop and implement support system for employees from underrepresented groups, particularly new hires
• Identify and provide recommendations for cultural initiatives and bias interrupters
• Act as Impact , Inclusion and Advocacy liaison with business unit leadership and employee base
• Support team and company-wide Impact , Inclusion and Advocacy priorities as needed

You Have These: 
• 7+ years of work experience
• Experience working in the diversity, equity, and inclusion space, or on social change initiatives
• Possess exceptional written and verbal skills, attention to detail and ability to distill and present complex information into clear, concise, and engaging communications with a particular focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion
• Proven track record with building strong relationships with internal and external business partners
• Understand the importance of teamwork, collaboration, and demonstrate a willingness to help others
• Experience working with executive leadership and cross-divisional teams to implement organizational change
• Experience n avigating the dynamics of large, multifaceted organizations .  

We'd Love If You Also Have These: 
• 3+ years working at an advertising, marketing, sports, events, or experiential business
• Demonstrate passion for creating inclusive corporate cultures with a history of executing inclusive campaigns and initiatives
• Exercise creativity, strategic thinking, and determination to drive our company culture of employee engagement and an inclusive workplace forward
• Exercise expert judgment and sensitivity in all communications and conversations
• Previous experience as an H uman R esources B usiness P artner
• Leadership and/or organizational management experience
• Thrive in a matrixed, dynamic environment

Per local requirements and in the interest of transparency, the range shown below reflects the prevalent current hiring range for this position. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. Endeavor strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.

Hiring Range Minimum:
$131,250 annually

Hiring Range Maximum:
$175,000 annually
