ANALYST

The Analyst role for Endeavor Analytics (North America) will be tasked with analyzing media usage, cultural interests, and celebrity & sport talent.

This role will support both Endeavor and TKO.

Reporting to the Vice President of Endeavor Analytics, of North America, the Analyst will be a ''doer'' who wants to ''lean-in'' and ''learn'' about the media, sports, and entertainment sector. This individual must thrive in a high paced environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Analyzing the performance of programs and talent across the linear and digital eco-system.
• Understanding and assessing consumer behavior towards media, talent, brands, sports, and events.
• Providing social media insights and analysis.
• Lean into to help support EA team members when help is needed.

QUALIFICATIONS
• Education or experience inclusive of analytics, business, marketing, statistics, communications, or related fields are required.
• Well organized and collaborative.
• Strong communication and writing skills.
• Ability to use data to help build narratives.
• Passion for general entertainment, culture, and sport is a must.
• Strategic thinker.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
• Curiosity for programing languages/tools (i.e. Python, SQL, etc.) is a plus, but not required.

Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. Endeavor strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.

Hiring Range Minimum:
$58,500 annually

Hiring Range Maximum:
$65,000 annually
