The Role and What You'll Do:

WME is seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual to join the team in our Nashville offices as a Mailroom Supervisor.
• Manage day-to-day operations of the mailroom
• Process and track all incoming and outgoing mail
• Assist the Office Manager in monitoring, ordering, tracking, and replenishing all office supplies and/or office supply-related requests
• Assist with office events and meetings, as needed, including meeting vendors and assisting in the delivery, set-up, and tear-down of catering
• Supervise Day Porter and assist with their responsibilities as needed, including but not limited to the distribution of food and beverage for general office use and meetings
• Must be flexible in work schedule, as role occasionally requires work in early mornings and/or evenings

We'd Love If You Also Have These:
• 1+ year of reception or administrative experience
• 1+ year supervisory experience
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Outlook required
• In-person experience in a corporate environment preferred
• Previous agency experience is a plus
