Who We Are:

The Role and What You'll Do:
• Identification and recommendation of new licensees and product categories to support strategic growth and brand strategies
• Identify and evaluate new programs that can be developed into licensing opportunities.
• Develop a deep understanding of licensees & product categories
• Coordinate licensing activities to include approval of licensee submissions for all apparel, toy, home, health & beauty and food/beverage categories products globally, royalty reporting/tracking, financial reports, licensee database, new licensee orientation, and communications.
• Provide product & licensing support to IMG commercial sales team.
• Assist all properties/licensees with special projects and promotions.
• Carry out departmental goals and objectives
• Maintain various database and spreadsheet files including licensee contact information, marketing deliverables, and contractual commitments
• Provide general administrative support functions
• Independently draft responses to general correspondence
• Create and/or update sales presentation materials using Power Point and other applicable programs.

You Have These:
• At least 2 years' experience in business development, brand management, and/or licensing program management.

• Quality Control: the individual demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness and monitors own work to ensure quality.

• Communication: the individual has the ability to express thoughts and ideas clearly and effectively (verbally and in writing), and ability to converse effectively with staff, client institutions and licensees.
• Problem Solving: the individual identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner, gathers and analyzes information skilfully, and maintains confidentiality.
• Interpersonal Skills: the individual maintains confidentiality, remains open to others' ideas, and exhibits willingness to try new things.
• Demonstrable knowledge of licensing agreements' structures and applications – understanding of financial and brand impact across royalty structures, intellectual property rights, territories, etc.
• Strong relationships with relevant partners and licensees

Per local requirements and in the interest of transparency, the range shown below reflects the prevalent current hiring range for this position. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. Endeavor strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.

Hiring Range Minimum:
$60,406 annually

Hiring Range Maximum:
$80,000 annually
