We create and execute strategy, produce engaging content, improve the use of social media and can help you deliver against your wider business objectives. We build teams and select the best technology partners to improve the way digital is used to engage and inspire fans, build brand profile and generate revenue.
What You'll Do:
IMG's digital team are digital experts dedicated to reinventing, building, and commercializing our clients' digital media businesses, ensuring they are ready for the future of sport.
Acting as the lynchpin of a fast-paced organisation, the new business team plays a critical role in listening to client pain points, diagnosing challenges and pairing them with our team's unrivalled capabilities to deliver long-term value and measurable results.
We are looking for a Client Solutions Manager, reporting into VP Corporate Development, Digital, who will play an integral role in building and growing the business, not just for the digital function but across the wider IMG and Endeavor network.
PLEASE NOTE: This is a fixed term contract based at our Chiswick, London office.

Key Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To:
Key responsibilities include prospecting and triaging leads, managing the turnaround of compelling proposals and developing smart resource plans to deliver on client needs.
• Supporting the execution of our BD strategy and growth of digital business across both new and existing clients (including sector, region and prospect mapping)
• Managing day-to-day new business activities
• Prospecting and nurturing leads
• Assessing, triaging and prioritising opportunities
• Briefing internal experts, seeking their counsel and structuring response plans
• Project managing the proposal process; coordinating inputs and working to submission deadlines
• Crafting project resource plans and budgeting sheets from templates
• Helping develop new product and service lines that diversify revenues.
• New business admin (Hubspot management, Stadium entries, reporting and account team liaison)
You Will Have The Following Strengths:
• Broad digital experience and understanding of the sector
• Commercial acumen; in identifying and seizing opportunities
• High level knowledge of industry (and digital) trends
• Experience and/or interest in the following areas:
• Digital strategy (design and/or implementation)
• Digital platforms & products (architecture, design, development, management)
• Data & CRM (strategy and/or management)
• Content, marketing and social media (major platforms, across the full creative suite)
• Commercial and sponsorship (business modelling, growth forecasting and revenue projections)
• Digital innovation and technologies
• Numerate, able to understand and manipulate data and an advanced user of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and spreadsheet proficient)
• Surface level understanding of technical and digital language (eg CDP, DAM, SEO and CRM)
• Informed, but with a commitment to continued professional development (themselves and others)
• Experience in competitive tender processes, problem solving and/or business development
• Strong initiative: a go-getter, regularly approaching tasks with a 'can do' attitude
• A keen understanding of digital (eg technologies, social media, web & apps or content)
• Tech savvy and interest in the latest digital trends and developments
• Excellent client facing skills or experience of working with a wide range of senior stakeholders
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise, manage budgets and meet tight deadlines
• Organised, calm under pressure and an ability to meet deadlines (internal and client)
• A thirst to learn and a readiness to share knowledge and skills with colleagues
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Desire to build and nurture internal and external networks
• Diligent, with a client-focused approach
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (including presenting)
