Senior Producer - Orlando, Fl.

As a Senior Producer, you will provide strategic recommendations and lead marketing initiatives with oversight from senior leadership. You will report to the Head of Execution Production. By fostering close relationships with content creators and keeping in constant communication with partners, you guide the production from creation to deployment.
Responsibilities
• Content production: plan and execute marketing assets including key art, design systems, and video
• Daily tracking of marketing assets and approvals
• Filter and clearly summarize stakeholder feedback
• Initiate music licensing and composition requests with EA's music group, confirming usage, territory, timeline, and artist credits
• Forecast plans and allocate resources for upcoming fiscal +/- 5 %
• Provide rapid response to executive and senior leadership team requests
• Partner with studio producers to understand game asset availability; transfer and integrate these assets into your marketing projects
• Leads discussions and meetings with senior partners across Brand, Dev, Comms, Strategy, Campaign and Production
• Communicate creative vision to production partners and update stakeholders, sometimes across multiple franchises
• Guide and manage other team members during ideation, design process, and creative execution
• Manage a team of supporting producers. This includes asset assignment and mentoring junior levels
Qualifications
• 9+ years of experience in a related field
• Can distill complex plans down to essential milestones
• Experience working in high-pressure production environments; understand how to effect change and reduce friction
• Use conflict management skills to resolve issues during collaborative efforts across multiple teams
• Understand production workflows and can predict long-term effects of creative decisions
• Experience working with developers and external vendors
• Proficient knowledge of production tracking tools: Asana, Frame.io, Airtable, and Shotgrid
• Willing to travel when necessary
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

• $122,400 - $176,300 USD
• Colorado (depending on location e.g. Denver vs. Colorado Springs)
• $131,000 - $174,800 USD
• Illinois (depending on location e.g. Chicago vs Illinois City)
• $115,700 - $147,800 USD
• Minnesota (depending on location e.g. Minneapolis vs Saint Paul)
• $115,700 - $147,800 USD
• Jersey City, NJ
• $142,000 - $176,300 USD
• New York (depending on location e.g. Manhattan vs. Buffalo)
• $115,700 - $176,300 USD
• Washington (depending on location e.g. Seattle vs. Spokane)
• $115,700 - $163,100 USD
In the US, we offer a package of benefits including paid time off (3 weeks per year to start), 80 hours per year of sick time, 16 paid company holidays per year, 10 weeks paid time off to bond with baby, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to regular full-time employees.
