The Talent Acquisition Programs, Operations & Mobility (TA POM) team manages the programs, processes, tools, and technology that keep the Talent Acquisition organization running. We are looking for a TA Systems Manager, reporting to the Global TA Operations Manager, to oversee the management of our TA Systems.

Responsibilities
• You will oversee system administration of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring data accuracy, system functionality, and managing accounts and permissions.
• Be a point of contact for resolving complex ATS issues, providing effective solutions.
• You will manage the implementation of new ATS features and system changes, including integrations, in partnership with HR IT, including configuration and testing.
• You will partner directly with the ATS vendor to stay up to date on system upgrades and enhancements, and communicate this back to the business.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation in TA.
• Train end-users on new system functionality including developing process guidelines, and documentation.
• Stay up to date with the latest TA technologies, software and tools, providing recommendations.

Required Qualifications
• Demonstrated and advanced knowledge in ATS systems and supporting ATS applications.
• Hands-on experience managing configuration and implementation of ATS applications.
• In-depth knowledge of the recruiting life-cycle, with the ability to translate process requirements into system build.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or able to demonstrate equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience proactively identifying opportunities for improvements and simplification through the use of technology.
• Able to handle complex issues and provide effective solutions through a technical lens.
• High level of integrity in handling confidential information.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, through the use of excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail oriented, proactive and organized, able to handle multiple competing priorities.

US COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

The base salary ranges listed below are for the defined geographic market pay zones in these states. If you reside outside of these locations, a recruiter will advise on the base salary range and benefits for your specific location.

Salary offered will be determined based on numerous relevant business and candidate factors including, for example, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and business or organizational needs.

BASE SALARY RANGES
• California (depending on location e.g. Los Angeles vs. Sacramento):
º $95,450 - $141,800
• New York (depending on location e.g. Manhattan vs. Buffalo):
º $89,200 - $141,800
• Jersey City, NJ:
º $105,250 - $141,800
• Colorado (depending on location e.g. Denver vs. Colorado Springs):
º $89,200 - $118,550
• Washington (depending on location e.g. Seattle vs. Spokane):
º $89,200 - $130,750

Base salary is just one part of the overall compensation at EA. We also offer a package of benefits including paid time off (3 weeks per year to start), 80 hours per year of sick time, 16 paid company holidays per year, 10 weeks paid time off to bond with baby, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
