Senior Manager, Global Risk Intelligence and Crisis Management

Our diverse global team of experienced experts in the Global Physical Security & Resilience (GPSR) program at EA collaborates with partners to ensure the safety and security of employees, assets, events, and guests through vigilance, prevention, and response.
You will exhibit a high degree of independence and autonomy in decision-making to lead teams of professionals responsible for assessing global physical security risks and managing crisis training and response efforts. You will leverage your understanding of geopolitical, climate, and security risk intelligence analysis, and crisis management principles to define processes and procedures to achieve strategic goals in a complex business environment at EA. As the Senior Manager for Global Risk Intelligence and Crisis Management, you will report to the Global Risk & Resilience Director.
Key Responsibilities
• Drive the vision, development, and implementation of EA's global risk intelligence and crisis management strategy.
• Lead programs and processes for planning, research, collection, analysis, and dissemination of finished intelligence products to forecast and gauge the relative impact of enterprise-wide physical threats and vulnerabilities.
• Facilitate site and regional crisis response, and guide governance groups to make timely and effective decisions to protect the safety of EA employees, sites, and business operations.
• Develop and maintain crisis management playbooks, guidelines, and resources.
• Lead crisis management training, including tailored tabletop exercises to enhance risk understanding and response strategies globally.
• Manage budgets and maintain operational capacity through effective management of internal and external resources, including full-time employees and contracted services.
• Identify and implement project management, risk intelligence, and crisis management software tools.
• Work cross-functionally to develop standardized metrics, KPIs, and SLAs, guidelines, and resources.
• Set expectations for team members, provide mentorship, and ensure accountability.
• Build relationships with business leaders and internal and external industry and government partners.
• Leverage exceptional written and verbal communication skills to communicate effectively with a range of senior stakeholders.
Qualifications
• 8+ years of related experience in intelligence, security, or military roles, with leadership experience within a multi-national corporate security team or a similar government role.
• 3+ years of experience leading teams, including performance management, hiring, training, mentoring, and developing performance plans.
• 5+ years of experience interfacing and collaborating with senior executives, peers, and stakeholders to develop solutions and gain consensus.
• Deep understanding of US Intelligence Community analytic tradecraft standards, intelligence frameworks, and Incident Command System models and applications to the private sector.
• Experience communicating with internal and external senior stakeholders, proactively communicating the team vision and strategy.
• Demonstrated experience in developing, editing, and delivering professional finished intelligence analysis to senior stakeholders.
• Bachelor's or advanced degree(s) or a combination of requisite experience and education.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
The base salary ranges listed below are for the defined geographic market pay zones in these locations. If you reside outside of these locations, a recruiter will advise on the range and benefits for your specific location.

º $138,200 - $219,000 USD Annually
• New York (depending on location e.g. Manhattan vs. Buffalo):
º $136,600 - $219,000 USD Annually
• Jersey City, NJ :
º $171,100 - $219,000 USD Annually
• Colorado (depending on location e.g. Denver vs. Colorado Springs):
º $153,100 - $206,200 USD Annually
• Washington (depending on location e.g. Seattle vs. Spokane):
º $136,600 - $202,300 USD Annually
• British Columbia (depending on location e.g. Vancouver vs. Victoria):
º $126,000 - $176,300 CAN Annually
Base salary is just one part of the overall compensation at EA. In the US, we offer a package of benefits including paid time off (3 weeks per year to start), 80 hours per year of sick time, 16 paid company holidays per year, 10 weeks paid time off to bond with baby, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity. For British Columbia, we offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, paid top-up to EI/QPIP benefits up to 100% of base salary when you welcome a new child (12 weeks for maternity, and 4 weeks for parental/adoption leave), extended health/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan to regular full-time employees.
