Job Description
Product Manager, In-Game Experiences (IGX)

At our core, Electronic Arts is a game maker that connects hundreds of millions of players from around the globe to some of the world's greatest games. The In-Game Experiences (IGX) team drives the strategy and implementation of EA's common social experiences that benefit the entire portfolio of games. These experiences include helping EA's community of players connect to one another and to the games they love to play - across social, commerce, cross-play, and connections to external networks and first parties.

In your role as Product Manager, reporting to the Senior Product Manager, you will manage strategy, roadmap, and detailed product definition for our central social platform to grow our gaming network. These include features that live within our franchises and centrally-owned destinations like our upcoming mobile app. Your remit is rooted in product discovery; helping us determine what features to build, areas to invest in, and then distilling problem spaces into requirements. This means you'll partner with back and front-end technical teams, design counterparts, game studios, and partners across our organization, to bring your product vision for this space to market.

Responsibilities:
• Drive initiatives through product discovery and delivery while collaborating with Design, Engineering and EA wide technical partners.
• Develop the product roadmap with a holistic view of the evolving game market and identify new opportunities
• Plan, and execute internal and external product testing; analyze feedback, troubleshoot issues, and iterate the product features based on testing results
• Work with game studios to understand their business needs and drive collaboration sessions to determine solutions
• Partner with analytics to establish an experimentation roadmap, using A/B testing to meet objectives and create product and player insight. Translate outcomes into relevant recommendations.
• Distill down solutions into user stories, identify corner cases, find work-arounds

Qualifications:
• 1-3 years experience collaborating with designers, engineers and product managers
• Has launched or managed a small product feature as a product manager
• Bachelor's Degree in the study of Computer Science or Computer Engineering, or applicable Product Management experience.
• Familiar with the gaming industry and current entertainment platforms, or experience working with consumer-facing social products
• Experience launching or managing a mobile app is a bonus
• Experience with A/B testing and personalization is a bonus
