Job Description

Online learning is an important part of EA's culture, and you will help create outstanding online learning experiences, partnering with leadership to create the EA Learn vision and roadmap, establishing online learning best-practices, and use data to ensure EA Learn's ongoing value and effect globally.

You will expand the online learning vision for EA Learn by working with important partners across many EA locations and disciplines including designers, artists, and software engineers. Partnering with Cornerstone and other vendors, you will join us in creating the best learning experience for the global employees at EA.

You'll join EA's Learning, Engagement, Analytics and Performance (LEAP) team and directly reporting to the Sr. Manager, Learning Operations. You will make decisions and inform strategy for the future of EA Learn.

• Consult with experts to develop high-quality online learning experiences
• Provide live admin support for EA Learn
• Create learning guidelines to experts by bringing a learning perspective to help develop learning outlines and provide learning opportunities that have a high impact.
• Communicate learning updates through a variety of social channels, including: Newsletters, Slack, Discourse and Confluence.
• Track and communicate metrics to evaluate and improve the value of online learning programs.
• Work with 3rd parties such as O'Reilly Books, Cornerstone and others to create a cohesive online learning experience.
• Provide technical and live services support for core users of the EA online learning platform.
• Develop the yearly online learning strategy and guide the quarterly goals of EA Learn

Qualifications
• Post-secondary education in a relevant field (Education, Instructional Design, Adult Learning, Interactive Arts and Technology, etc.) or equivalent experience.
• 4 years of direct experience developing job-specific adult education programs using advanced instructional design and learning technologies such as Cornerstone.
• Excellent verbal and written skills.
• Understand how to create a strategy and a plan to implement
• You work with a high level of accountability.
• You will use interpersonal skills to create relationships with experts across our global community.
• Knowledge of eLearning software.
• Experience with Cornerstone Learning.
