Associate Partnerships Manager - NHL/UFC (TFT 12 mo)

The EA SPORTS – Associate Partnerships Manager role supports some of the most acclaimed sports franchises from EA SPORTS, including EA SPORTS NHL and EA SPORTS UFC. You will help build global Brand Marketing Partnerships and maintain relationships with teams and brands relevant to the worlds of hockey and ultimate fighting. You will create and launch partnership activations for the EA SPORTS UFC and NHL marketing campaigns, and lead daily operations, campaign tracking and measurement.

The Associate Partnerships Manager will be the contact for some of the biggest names and brands in sports. While assisting in the creation and launch of activations and partnering with team members to gather and share insights.

You are passionate about supporting diverse groups of partners to coordinate complex implementations across multiple channels, supporting the execution of strategic Brand Marketing plans and motivated to keep the business on track with tasks that ensure execution.

Responsibilities
• Assist the Partnerships Manager, Influencer Marketing Specialist and Sr Manager, Brand (Campaign) in: (a) establishing and maintaining important partnerships across sports, teams, and brands to deploy complex marketing activations across several touchpoints and channels, with a focus on digital campaigns (b) partnering with and managing internal CFX marketing teams coordination and deployment of important assets (c) long-term strategy and plans for global marketing campaigns; (d) signature plans that serve as foundations for GTM plans.
• You will partner with NHL/UFC team, brand and media partnership marketing activations alongside the Partnership Manager and influencer marketing specialist, including ownership of asset briefing, readiness and deployment; coordination and launching of partner-driven campaigns, while being the primary contact for partners for our global campaigns
• You will support critical business operations and administrative responsibilities that allow global marketing campaigns, including partnering with Finance, Legal, and Business Affairs teams to create contracts, purchase orders, invoices, track budget and payment statuses, and help manage the activations guaranteed in partnership contracts.
• You will work with multiple CFX partners, including connections with global franchise leads, to ensure and communicate campaign beat status, including readiness and risks.
• You will be a primary driver of daily/weekly campaign tracking and readiness, including establishing meeting health, channel status updates, identification of risks/opportunities per campaign beat, and partnering with CFX partners to prepare and resolve obstacles in the GTM campaign.
• You will drive campaign measurement and postmortems to assess campaign measurements, communicate results/insights and produce a perspective on optimization for local and global campaigns.
• You will be a member of the Campaign marketing team, helping create a collaborative, inclusive, and inspiring workplace for all team members to engage, build, learn, and improve work designed to best service the franchise and the business.

BC COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

The base salary ranges listed below are for the defined geographic market pay zones in these locations. If you reside outside of these locations, a recruiter will advise on the base salary range and benefits for your specific location.

Salary offered will be determined based on numerous relevant business and candidate factors including, for example, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and business or organizational needs.

BASE SALARY RANGES
• British Columbia (depending on location e.g. Vancouver vs. Victoria):

º $73,200 - $101,700 CAN Annually

Base salary is just one part of the overall compensation at EA. We also offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, paid top-up to EI/QPIP benefits up to 100% of base salary when you welcome a new child (12 weeks for maternity, and 4 weeks for parental/adoption leave), extended health/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
