Project Manager, Marketing (12 Months)
Our operations team is seeking an experienced Project Manager in a Hybrid Role to drive and execute cross functional projects, with a wide breadth of knowledge related to marketing, creative and digital production. You will support global brand, communications and event teams and report into a Sr. Program Manager on the Global Events and Operations team.

We are looking for a person who values collaboration, comfortable to communicate effectively to large project teams, strong project management foundations, ability to prioritize shifting deliverables. You will be important to ensuring that projects run smoothly and delivering projects using the highest standards.

Qualifications
• 5+ years of Project Manager/Integrated Producer experience in a marketing agency or gaming industry role
• Must have working experience managing a wide array of projects from strategic to creative design to technical implementations
• Communicate effectively with internal and external 3rd party partners. Comfortability driving decisions in partnership with team members. Not afraid to ask questions or raise concerns
• A creative problem solver who is comfortable making decisions and collaborating with team members. Not afraid to ask questions or raise concerns.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Deep experience with Airtable, GSuite, and Project Management tools
• Must be willing to occasionally travel internationally

Responsibilities:
• You will be leading multiple projects, while advocating for project management best practices, evaluating and improving on existing processes
• Be an 'air-traffic control' for all departments involved in a project, and lead CFX team meetings for internal and external partners, promoting collaboration between all teams
• Manage agency and partner deliverables, negotiate and review contracts/SOWs
• Develop project briefs, present to partners, and gain agreement on goals, metrics and budgets.
• Oversee budget tracking to lead operational efficiency
• You should have a deep understanding of project lifecycle and ensuring project management best practices are followed to ensure efficient delivery of the end product.
• Identify process improvements or resource issues and work with teams to address those issues or process improvements.
• Monitor and report on requirements, compliance issues, impacts and resolution status to leadership.
• Operate in a matrixed organization.

BC COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

The base salary ranges listed below are for the defined geographic market pay zones in these locations. Salary offered will be determined based on numerous relevant business and candidate factors including, for example, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and business or organizational needs.

BASE SALARY RANGES
• British Columbia (depending on location e.g. Vancouver vs. Victoria):

º $89,300 - $123,000 CAN Annually

Base salary is just one part of the overall compensation at EA. We also offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, and extended health/dental/vision coverage and basic life insurance.
