The Global Partner Marketing team is seeking a collaborative individual for the position of Partner Marketing Coordinator. The Global Partner Marketing team sits within a larger Global Partnerships Team that is responsible for growing and managing device and distribution partners in the connected device ecosystem. Primary goals include leading subscriber growth and acquisition efforts across these partner platforms.
This role will be responsible for the coordination and project management of all high impact global marketing campaigns from beginning to end across both Disney+ and the Disney Bundle. This will include overseeing the partner campaign kickoff process by submitting marketing briefs, tracking creative materials, routing for approvals and being responsible for the distribution of campaign assets globally. This person will provide day-to-day support for the overall team including gathering information and assembling presentations for leadership, as well as administrative duties.

Responsibilities:
• Provide daily administrative support to the Global Marketing Team (domestically and internationally) by managing Disney+ and Disney Bundle marketing campaigns from kick off to execution
• Supervise the creation, approval and distribution process of all global marketing campaign materials and partner specific asset requests on behalf of the team, which includes writing and submitting briefs, routing/trafficking assets for approvals, confirming creative sizes for final creative handoff
• Create/recommend tools, reports, and processes to effectively meet team needs
• Use project management tools such as Airtable, JIRA and Zendesk
• Create and distribute weekly executive reporting
• Nurture strong internal relationships to ensure close collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Effectively navigate and complete projects within a highly matrixed organization in a timely manner
• Serve as the principal source for all internal teams to route questions about Partners
• Prepare recap decks and other campaign related presentations reflecting partner marketing support for executive and internal stakeholders
• Responsible for advising the team of upcoming tentpole priority campaigns and companywide marketing initiatives
• Coordinate and schedule meetings with internal stakeholders and partners as well as perform other administrative duties when asked
• Monitor competitive tactics and emerging industry trends and share out accordingly
Basic Qualifications:
• 1+ years experience in partnership marketing or project management for an entertainment company/streaming service, and has prior experience working in an in-person office setting
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint/KeyNote
• Confirmed experience in creating presentations and reporting for executives
• Experience in project management
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail
• Self-motivated with a driven work ethic with strong time management skills
• Forward thinker who anticipates needs and opportunities
• Reliable team member who consistently performs and meets deadlines
• Effective communicator (both verbal and written) who can tailor messaging to various audiences including executive leadership
• Comfortable working through ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
• Have an analytical mindset with the ability to quickly consolidate information and data
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience working with international territories across all time zones
• Experience in developing and growing internal/cross-functional relationships
• Proven experience in multi-tasking and leading several projects at once within a matrixed organization, managing numerous stakeholders
• Proficient in Photoshop
• Understanding of streaming networks and/or a direct-to-consumer subscription ecosystem
Education:
• BA, BS or equivalent work experience
The hiring range for this position in New York is $55,800 to $74,800 per year based on a 40 hour work week. The amount of hours scheduled per week may vary based on business needs. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
