Manager, Workforce Planning & Data Governance

In this role, you will work closely with the Studio Human Resources team to blaze new paths in this data rich environment through analysis, trends, and compelling storytelling.

Responsibilities:
• Lead and develop team of analysts to support both Workforce Planning and Talent Acquisition Analytics functions, growing each portfolio of analytics to enable our leaders to make smart business decisions.
• Se rve as a subject matter expert across the Studios to deeply understand the business and unique staffing needs through consultative relationships with the business and HR partners.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects, including project plans, facilitating work and meetings as a Project Manager, and providing ongoing project updates.
• Fully accountable for maintaining accurate and consistent position data as source of truth in Workday, finding and implementing process improvements opportunities to ensure data integrity and accurate reporting.
• Lead the delivery of insights, dashboards, and forecasts that support our HR teams and their businesses, through analyzing data from multiple sources.
• Manage the intersection between Finance and HR for Workforce Planning:
• Go-to resource for all data related to headcount and labor.
• Manage headcount approval process, such as monitoring against AOP and incremental growth in headcount, and/or labor costs .
• Lead development of headcount and quarterly labor forecasts (including AOP/5YP)
• Develop scenario models that leverage workforce metrics to enable more robust financial and resource planning.
• Stay informed of industry trends, labor market conditions, and internal talent base that impacts workforce planning.

Basic Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in analytics, Human Resources, forecasting, workforce planning, or similar role (including 1-2+ years of experience leading others).
• Natural ability to drive work forward efficiently, including ability to independently lead projects and make decisions to meet deliverables with minimal oversight.
• Leads with a culture of excellence, encouraging feedback, continuous improvement, and room for innovation.
• Exceptional ability to present analytics in a way that tells a story and experience presenting polished insights to non-technical audiences.
• Thrive focusing on the here and now, while keeping a keen eye to the future and the organizational capability to prioritize work and meet fluid deadlines.
• High attention to detail, can effectively handle and maintain confidential information, and the ability to independently follow a problem through to root cause.
• Strong influencing and networking skills to help build and foster existing consultative.

Required Education
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Data, IT or related field, or equivalent experience

The hiring range for this position in California is $123,000-$150,200.00 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
