Your New Role...

This Portfolio Manager will help manage technology implementations for our business partners including Consumer Products, Franchise & WB Games. This role will have a change management user training expertise and will coach team members through change management process that ensure high user adoption.

Your Role Accountabilities...

Technology Roadmap: Work with Product Management Team and T&O Leadership to develop a multi-year tech roadmap that aligns with the business strategic long-range plan. 25%

Business Technology Partnership & Training Strategies: Serve as Technology & Operations (T&O) strategic partner with our business units to enable business capabilities through technology implementations. This role will partner with business stakeholders and T&O management to support WBD collaboration applications (including our B2B Portals, Product Information Management and Product Lifecycle Mgmt systems). This role will be immersed in business processes and develop deep domain expertise of the technology landscape. This role will engage with the Product Management team during QA testing to understand the system functionality and prepare training as we begin User Acceptance testing. 25%

End User Training: This role will develop and execute training plans and materials to increase end user engagement for new and existing applications. They will develop technical training materials including presentations of new features and simulation activities such as demos in our test environments. They will measure user engagement and adoption metrics and course correct low engagement through training as necessary. 50%

Qualifications & Experiences...
• 5+ years in business technology partnership experience
• 5+ years of proven Technical Training Manager experience
• Demonstrated experience developing technical training strategic plans
• Demonstrated experience executing technical training plans using the train-the-trainer model
• Ability to build strong collaborative relationships with business stakeholders by explaining complex technology topics in a manner that is relatable to their business.
• Highly developed organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize and multi-task.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to influence, persuade and motivate others.
• Excellent written and verbal communication as well as presentation skills
• Proven experience driving the development and implementation of training deliverables that enable ''Train the Trainer'' model:
• End User Learning Readiness Assessments
• Training Strategy & Business Scenarios
• Defined Success Criteria
• Training communications
• Training session materials for live learning events (in-person or webinar)
• Application FAQs
• In-app contextual help setup and maintenance (i.e., WalkMe)
• User Adoption Metrics Tracker and intervention plan to increase adoption as necessary.

Education, Professional Training, Technical Training or Certification
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field

Not Required but preferred experience:
• Media & Entertainment experience
• Consumer Product licensing, Interactive Entertainment & Publishing Manufacturing acumen a plus
• Salesforce, Business Central, WalkMe, Workfront experience is a plus

Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery's total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $109,900.00 - $204,100.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.

Salary Details
Salary Range: $109,900 to $204,100 Per Year ($ USD)
