The Hulu Partnership Marketing team is seeking a collaborative individual for the position of Brand Partnerships Coordinator. The Hulu Brand Partnerships team sits with the larger Hulu Marketing organization responsible for driving new subscriptions, increasing subscriber engagement, growing awareness of Hulu's new premieres and catalog content and improving key brand metrics, marketing partnerships with external brands, organizations and select distribution partners. The Brand Partnerships team's primary goals include driving awareness and earned media for Hulu's content priorities and brand campaigns by creating marketing partnerships with external brands, organizations and select distribution partners. This role will be responsible for the coordination and project management of high impact partner marketing campaigns from beginning to end across both Hulu content launches and brand moments. This will include overseeing the partner campaign kickoff process by submitting marketing briefs, tracking creative materials, routing for approvals and being responsible for the distribution of campaign assets.

The Brand Partnerships Coordinator will provide day-to-day support for the overall partnership marketing team including gathering information and assembling presentations for leadership, as well as administrative duties. This role will report into the Senior Brand Partnerships Manager. We are looking for a candidate who will bring a highly analytical, creative, collaborative, and flexible attitude. This person should have a positive, ''can-do'' demeanor, and possess the ability to deliver and complete projects in a timely manner within a fast-paced environment.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Provide daily administrative support to the Hulu Brand Partnerships team by handling partnership marketing campaigns from kick off to execution
• • Supervise the creation, approval and distribution process of all partner marketing campaign materials and partner specific asset requests on behalf of the team, which includes creating partnership pitches and proposals, writing and submitting briefs, routing/trafficking assets for approvals, confirming creative sizes for final creative handoff
• Create/recommend tools, reports, and processes to effectively meet team needs
• Use project management tools such as Airtable and productivity apps including Microsoft 365(e.g. Microsoft Word, Powerpoint, Excel, etc.), Keynote and Google Workplace (e.g. Google Docs, Sheets, Forms, Slides, etc.).
• Create and distribute weekly reporting documents for key executives and external stakeholders
• Participate in brainstorming forums that enhance how we collaborate with partners, marketing strategy, PR, legal, ad sales and creative to ensure we're maximizing reach and value-add opportunities across partners' unique and valuable marketing channels
• Nurture strong internal relationships to ensure close collaboration with cross-functional marketing and partnership teams
• Effectively navigate and complete projects within a highly matrixed organization in a timely manner
• Serve as the principal liaison for designated internal teams and external partners
• Prepare recap decks and other campaign related presentations reflecting partner marketing support for executive and internal stakeholders
• Coordinate and schedule meetings with internal stakeholders and partners as well as perform other administrative duties when asked
• Monitor competitive tactics and emerging industry trends and share out accordingly

Basic Qualifications:
• 1 year minimum experience in creative or brand marketing
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint/KeyNote and Google Workplace
• Confirmed experience in creating presentations and reporting for executives
• Experience in project management
• Understands appropriate language and tone for partner communications
• Excellent communication and project management skills, ability to enlist cooperation among stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Works exceptionally well with internal teams and external partners
• Strong attention to detail and ability to switch between creative projects and analytical/technical projects with ease
• Self-motivated with a driven work ethic with strong time management skills and demonstrated ability to stick to deadlines
• Forward thinker who anticipates needs and opportunities
• Reliable team member who consistently performs and meets deadlines
• Effective communicator (both verbal and written) who can tailor messaging to various audiences including executive leadership Comfortable working through ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
• Have an analytical mindset with the ability to quickly consolidate information and data

Preferred Qualifications:
• 2+ years' experience in partnership marketing or project management for an entertainment company/streaming service
• Experience in developing and growing internal/cross-functional relationships
• Proven experience in multi-tasking and leading several projects at once within a matrixed organization, managing numerous stakeholders
• Prior experience in media/TV industry, streaming networks and/or a direct-to-consumer subscription ecosystem

Preferred Education:
• BA/BS in Marketing

The hiring range for this position in Santa Monica, CA is $52,400 to $70,200 per year based on a 40 hour work week. The amount of hours scheduled per week may vary based on business needs. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
