Summary of Position
The Coordinator, MPG Marketing will support the Senior Vice President of the Global Content Strategy Development & Integration team and the Vice President of Creative Advertising. This role requires a talented, self-starting, highly organized individual who can handle a variety of administrative and talent related tasks as well as team support for the specialty and limited release group. This individual must thrive and adapt in a fast-moving environment.
Responsibilities
• Create and maintain effective organizational systems, databases, and progress reports to ensure the Executive is knowledgeable about all high priority items and deadlines across a range of projects
• Provide flexible admin support for SVP and VP including calendar management & scheduling, maintain call logs; book travel and process expense reports
• Liaise with A/P to process, manage and record payment invoices, wires, purchases and finance/accounting-related items for the limited release group as well as facilitating approvals
• Coordinate agendas and materials for key weekly and monthly meetings, support and communicate with the brand managers to streamline communication on internal prioritization and strategic directives
• Support SVP by initiating event planning and coordination for talent on high priority marketing campaigns incl. managing screenings, luncheons and premieres
• Lead and optimize the workflow of sales marketing materials between the sales and marketing teams when needed
• Collaborate laterally with teams across strategy, publicity, creative and digital departments as needed
• Build solid relationships and communication lines with external networks and partners to support all marketing and promotional initiatives
• Ad hoc responsibilities to include light admin support for VP of Creative Advertising
Qualifications and Skills
• Must be self-directed, able to work independently, respond quickly, and work co-operatively across divisions/teams
• Ability to constantly multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, agile environment
• 1 – 2 years of agency/studio/network experience on a high-volume desk preferred
• College degree is required
