Position Overview

Deluxe Media is seeking an Audio Administration Co-Ordinator to undertake a variety of duties in our Audio department based at Deluxe House in Perivale.

Role and Responsibilities
• Responsible for the Centralised M ix Audio department 's room and staff scheduling
• Organise freelancers to cover burst capacity
• Liaise with clients, keeping up to date with work orders and requests
• Responsible for all client and internal billing for the Audio Department
• Provide detailed Metric reports on request
• Maintain and update internal & client excel sheets/trackers
• Assist the Director
of Audio , Business Development Manager and the wider Audio team
on a daily basis and be aware of all materials needing to be delivered from the facility via various digital platforms
• Liaise with the wider audio team to provide client updates on project progress .
• Provide visibility on audio assets to clients through various delivery platforms and ensure that all deliverables are delivered on time
• Assist with
on-site client visits, supervision and me etings
• General file management duties

Key Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a high level of experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point), as well as:
• A strong technical ability to learn and develop with internal operational tools.
• A good understanding of Film Sound Technology – i.e. the post production process, various file formats, and the post production workflow would be an advantage.
• Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
• Able to work under pressure and meet very tight client deadlines
• Capable of working in a team and being a very strong team player
• Willing to learn new technology and take on new responsibilities as and when needed
• Adaptable and dynamic approach to a fast-paced environment
• Full UK driving license
