*Pay Range: $18.00 - $21.00 CAD hourly

Company 3 Toronto provides Post Production services to some of the world's top content creators and is known for its creative artistry, pioneering technology and global reach.

MAIN DUTIES:
The Receptionist will be responsible for greeting all visitors with a friendly and professional manner. They will be handling all incoming calls, notifying staff of client/visitor arrival in a timely fashion, managing meeting room bookings, coordinating office supply orders, and ensuring security protocols are followed. Additional duties include:
• Create and distribute security badges and reports as required.
• Liaise with our Property Management company as needed.
• Communicate with vendors and maintain relationships (e.g. custodian services, parking provider).
• Help with ensuring the accuracy and coding of vendor invoices.
• Complete accurate expense reports.
• Provide administrative duties for various departments.
• Assist with Hospitality service as required.
• Maintain tidy reception, conference room and common areas.
• Maintain internal contact sheet.
• Other duties as assigned.

WHAT YOU BRING:
The ideal candidate will have prior working experience as a Receptionist or Admin Assistant, ideally in a Post Production environment. They must have excellent customer service skills, strong written and verbal communication, and be well-organized with strong attention to detail. Additional desired skills include:
• Ability to learn and process information quickly.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage priorities.
• Possess solid keyboarding skills and a good working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Familiarity with Envoy visitor management platform an asset.
• Understanding of the Post Production business a plus.
• Food Handler and Smart Serve certifications a plus.
• Ability to interact with all levels of an organization up through the executive level, maintaining professionalism.
• Able to work overtime when required.
