Job Description
Warner Bros. Discovery seeks a People & Culture Associate to support our CNN technology group within the streaming organization. The HR Associate will play a key role in managing projects, leveraging data & analytics to drive informed decision-making, and provide administrative support.
Your Role Accountabilities
• Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of P&C projects, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to provide insights on employee performance, retention, and engagement.
• Handle routine inquiries, regarding P&C policies, procedures, and benefits.
• Uphold confidentiality due to the sensitive nature of the People & Culture environment.
• Provide administrative support for P&C functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
• Partner with the People & Culture team in the implementation of internal training, & change management initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless P&C project implementation.
• Prepare reports and presentations for leadership, highlight trends and actionable recommendations.
• Coordinate project timelines, resources, and stakeholder communication to ensure timely completion of initiatives such as Compensation planning, Promotions, Annual Rewards etc.
• Develop strong working relationships with all P&C specialist functions to provide seamless HR support and guidance to the business including Staffing, Learning & Development, HRIS, Compensation & Benefits.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement within P&C operations and data management.
• Maintain a positive work environment through effective P & C and employee practices.
Qualifications & Experience
• 3+ years' practical work experience
• 1-3 years of experience with HR data & analytics, project management, and / or HRIS systems in a related in is strongly preferred
• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Mastery of Microsoft Office, specifically MS Excel, and HRIS systems (Workday)
• Experience in working with a culturally diverse workforce
• Knowledge of HR regulations and best practices
• Solid analytical, problem solving, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to drive projects from inception to completion
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• High level of attention to detail
• Must have the legal right to work in the US

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery's total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $62,797.00 - $116,624.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros.
