Circle Productions is a film production company in Vancouver, BC that specializes in producing live-action advertising. We are home to a talented, eclectic and evolving mix of directors who are really good at what they do. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Talent Coordinator for a 1-yr maternity leave contract. In supporting our Talent Producer, this role is crucial in ensuring smooth administration, providing on-set support during shoot days, and managing account wrap-up. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team and contribute to top-tier productions.

Qualifications & Skills

•  Impeccable written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for relationship-building.
• Tech-savvy and proficient with Mac environments, Microsoft Office, Excel, Dropbox, and Filemaker (or other CRM platforms).
• Strong organizational skills, good attention to detail, and confidence working on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and ability to prioritize with minimal supervision.
• Positive and flexible attitude, and an ability to maintain a good work/life balance.
• Prior experience in talent coordination, Film/TV production, or a related field a strong asset.
• Knowledge of film/tv industry contracts, regulations, and payroll processes is a plus.
