Job Description
As a Digital Account Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Partnerships team by managing and coordinating digital accounts, ensuring seamless communication and execution of campaigns and projects. You will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with our partners, optimizing digital assets, and ensuring the success of our collaborative efforts. You will collaborate closely with various internal teams and external partners to drive results and achieve our strategic objectives. Experience working in the OTT/FAST landscape is a plus!

Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, facilitating communication between internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure alignment on objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with internal teams on project timelines, tasks, and resources to ensure timely delivery of partnership campaigns and initiatives.
• Assist in managing and executing digital partnerships initiatives, including but not limited to affiliate marketing, influencer collaborations, and co-marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate with partners to understand their objectives and requirements, providing support to achieve mutual goals.
• Assist in the development of digital marketing strategies and initiatives to drive engagement, traffic, and conversions.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to internal stakeholders and partners.
• Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with partners, fostering collaboration and identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
• Prepare reports and presentations summarizing campaign results, highlighting successes, and identifying areas for improvement.Proactively identify and address any issues or challenges that may arise during project execution, working closely with cross-functional teams to find solutions.
• Support the Partnerships team in various administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and maintaining accurate records.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing and partnerships to continuously optimize strategies and processes.

Essential Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• 1-2 Years Experience Working with digital rights and content management systems
• 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, account management, or partnership coordination, preferably within the digital streaming or technology industry preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal teams and external partners.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Proactive problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to anticipate challenges and develop effective solutions.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, social media management tools, and content management systems.
• Knowledge of digital advertising strategies and tactics, including SEO, SEM, social media advertising, and email marketing.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Flexibility and adaptability to evolving priorities and requirements.
