Digital Distribution Coordinator

Job Description

A24 is looking for a Coordinator to support strategic business efforts for our Digital Distribution team. This role will assist in the maintenance of business accounts by facilitating partner communication efforts, monitoring on-platform product accuracy and providing administrative support as well as organizational efforts for new business opportunities. This role will support the sales & merchandising workflows to ensure pricing and windowing accuracy, keeping the strategy team informed of the latest patterns in competitive releasing.

This is a hybrid position, and we are open to candidates who can work from either our New York or West Hollywood locations.

Sales & Merchandising
• Support sales submission process & track price promotions
• Prepare partner promotion solicitations for review
• Track sale acceptances & on-platform promotion
• Maintain competitive merchandising tracking efforts
• Check and log competitive release dates
• Track talent and seasonal opportunities for drafting
• Track trends in competitive studio pricing
• Predominantly focused on domestic business with efforts in direct international expansion territories as needed
• Ensure accuracy of customer-facing pricing
• Monitor platform pricing on and off of promotion

Account Management
• CRM & partner communications
• Maintain accuracy of partner communication timelines to ensure seamless outreach
• Maintain up-to-date partner details in CRM (e.g. updating contract entries, keeping contact records & mailing addresses, visitation schedules, etc.)
• Track details of upcoming events/screenings to ensure partner invitation & engagement
• Ensure accurate of latest dating details on all internal materials
• A24 product access
• Ensure functionality & presentation of watchability via A24's website
• Support department needs of monitoring YouTube piracy
• Support organization of international transactional direct distribution efforts
• Monitor availability & customer-facing pricing in direct distribution territories
• Track trends in competitive studio windowing
• Aid in market research & support expansion efforts as needed

Account Administration

• Contract filing & maintaining organizational databases
• Submit & facilitate invoices

Qualifications
• Previous experience in administration or customer service
• Proficient in Excel & Google Suite, experience with AirTable encouraged
• Acute attention to detail & organizational skills
• Strong written and verbal communication and emotional intelligence
• Dynamic, self-starter, team player
• Humble, personable, diligent, hard working
• Resourceful, quick-learner that thrives in a fast-paced environment

Our target hourly pay range for this position is between $20 and $23. We do not use formal job titles internally and similarly named positions may have different compensation levels. Actual starting salary within the range will depend on various considerations, including: work experience, skills, specializations, and training. This role is also eligible for an annual performance bonus, including both cash and equity components, competitive healthcare, as well as other employee benefits.
