Job Description
Cineverse is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Development Coordinator to join our C360 advertising team. This internal-facing role is pivotal in driving the research, origination, and organization of business leads while ensuring the smooth operation of cross-functional workflows and stakeholder collaboration. The ideal candidate will excel in meeting lead management targets set, CRM configuration, data validation, and team support, contributing to the expansion and success of our advertising partnership initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Origination & Research:
• To understand the basic business structure of Cineverse to identify and research potential global business opportunities for Cineverse's C360 advertising division.
• Generate, organize, and prioritize leads to align with business objectives and growth strategies.
• Meet set lead generation targets
• Conduct market research to identify potential partnerships across streaming platforms, channel,s and apps
• Managing back end for monitoring active deals
• CRM Management:
• Configure and maintain lead information within Zoho CRM to ensure accuracy and usability.
• Organize and validate data, ensuring stakeholders have real-time access to updated client leads and project status.
• Develop and refine processes for effective CRM utilization and reporting.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• Collaborate with ad sales, ad operations, and other departments to align strategies and workflows.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution, client onboarding, and overall client satisfaction.
• Presentation Support:
• Contribute to the development of presentations, providing insights, data, and visual materials as required.
• Assist in the preparation of client-facing and internal pitch materials.

Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Equivalent work experience will be considered.
• Experience:
• 1-3 years in business development, lead generation, or related roles, within advertising or media industries.
• Familiarity with Zoho CRM or similar customer relationship management platforms.
• Proven experience managing or mentoring team members.
• Experience in OTT CTV ad space is a plus.
• 1-2 years of outbound sales experience is a plus.
• 1-2 years of client-facing roles is a plus.
• Prior experience working in US markets will be preferred
• Skills:
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with a meticulous eye for detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate across multiple departments and manage competing priorities.
• Proficiency in presentation tools such as PowerPoint or Google Slides.
