Job Title: Content Operations & Analytics Specialist

The Content Operations & Analytics Specialist is a key position responsible for reporting and monitoring a number of operating metrics. Responsibilities also include acting as a liaison to external licensors, setting up and organizing new film/tv content into the workflow. Essential Functions
• Support Cineverse's rapid business growth by establishing a thorough understanding of our OTT and Digital economics and how they drive our overall business performance.
• Collect, organize, and analyze data for recurring reports and ad-hoc requests.
• Create documentation for the processes and Standard Operating Procedures.
• Automate the reporting and other manual processes in the company.
• Plan, develop, and coordinate various analytical reports for Cineverse Networks.
• Provide cross-departmental support to optimize content strategy on both O&O and channel partners.
• Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly title performance metrics across Linear and VOD brand entities.
• Provide support on research projects across Cineverse's media profile.
• Provide support in the development and implementation of process improvements.

Essential Qualifications/Competencies
• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, Media, or a similar quantitative field preferred.
• Background in digital content or advertisement delivery preferred. Familiarity with Web & Content Analytics programs such as Google Analytics, reporting portals and OTT-Business.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
• Knowledge of Statistical Analysis of data (both Qualitative and Quantitative) is appreciated.
• Knowledge on SQL and Python is appreciated.
• Must be capable of working independently and within a close-knit team to design methods to better optimize content strategy across a litany of distinct and diverse media brands.
• Meticulous attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to learn new systems is vital.
• Show an ability to clearly and concisely present quantitative findings to various stakeholders.
• 1-3+ years' experience in operations and the digital content distribution business preferred.
