Job Title: Brand Marketing Creative Specialist
Overview:
The Brand Marketing Creative Manager is a pivotal role within the Brand Marketing team, responsible for leading the creative workflow, overseeing approvals, and ensuring the seamless execution of all marketing materials. This role requires a proactive leader who takes ownership of creative processes, collaborates independently and cross-functionally, and delivers high-quality assets on tight deadlines. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills and the ability to drive the end-to-end creative execution for both digital and physical releases.
Key Responsibilities:
Creative Asset Ownership & Management:
• Own the creative workflow, ensuring all marketing materials align with brand and licensor standards.
• Independently oversee creative work orders in Monday.com, ensuring requests are accurate, submitted efficiently, and tracked properly.
• Lead the creative approval process using platforms like PageProof, SharePoint, and Box, ensuring seamless collaboration between teams.
• Maintain and organize all creative deliverables, ensuring timely submissions and accessibility for cross-functional teams.
• Drive best practices for asset management, optimizing workflows for efficiency and accuracy.
• Become familiar with the Cineverse content catalogue for the purposes of creating title level suggestions for licensing opportunities.
Project Leadership & Cross-Team Collaboration:
• Work with sales and marketing leaders to develop artwork for campaigns, releases, and promotional materials.
• Own the creation of all selling guides and support materials for new releases and catalog titles, including sales collateral and presentation decks.
• Lead internal approvals and provide strategic guidance on brand positioning and visual identity.
• Collaborate with the Creative Team to produce high-quality digital and physical marketing assets, ensuring all sales collateral is complete and accurate.
• Act as the key creative liaison between the Brand Marketing team and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring all projects are aligned with business objectives.
• Develop and manage sales materials across all distribution windows (Physical, EST, IVOD, AVOD/SVOD), ensuring alignment with marketing strategies and promotional campaigns.
Process Optimization & Workflow Management:
• Take ownership of the creative execution process, identifying inefficiencies and implementing process improvements.
• Leverage automation and workflow tools in Monday.com, Box, and SharePoint to streamline creative operations.
• Work closely with the operational team to ensure seamless integration of metadata workflows and marketing assets.
• Lead the development of scalable creative approval processes that improve speed-to-market and maintain quality standards.
Qualifications:
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to take ownership of creative workflows and drive projects independently.
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills to oversee multiple high-volume creative deliverables.
• Experience with marketing asset management platforms such as Monday.com, Box, SharePoint, and PageProof.
• Ability to manage tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality creative output.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Creative, and Social Media.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, for sales and marketing presentation deck creation.
• Prior experience in entertainment marketing, brand management, or creative operations is preferred.
• 2-5 of experience in the media, film, entertainment, OTT and streaming industry.
