The Role

We are looking for a Department Assistant to join our growing Technology team in New York. The position reports to the Executives in the Technology Team. This hybrid role requires onsite presence 3 days a week or more, as mandated by the business, in the CAA office at 405 Lexington Ave, NY.
Office hours are 9AM – 6PM Monday – Friday.

The Department

The mission of the Tech Team is to deliver technology services that create business opportunities. We deliver on this mission through technology services and products that create a competitive advantage. We interact daily with employees of every level, from assistants to agents and senior executives across all of our businesses.

Responsibilities
• Performs administrative and office support activities for three executives
• Route incoming calls to the appropriate personnel
• Manages calendars for all three executives, setting up and managing meetings, reserving conference rooms, meeting notes, etc.
• Manages the travel and expense process for the three executives
• Receiving and directing visitors
• Maintain department and vacation/sick calendar and contact lists
• Provides support in Strategic Initiatives teams where needed
• Assists with onboarding logistics of new team members

Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Minimum 2 years of general office experience; Reception experience a plus
• Strong Microsoft Office, specifically Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Professional demeanor and superior organizational skills
• Information technology interest/experience a plus
• Project management interest with experience in Agile/Jira a plus

Compensation

The base hourly rate for this position is in the range of $22.00-28.00. This position also is eligible for benefits and discretionary bonus. Ultimately, wages may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, business sector, and geographic location, among other criteria.
