Job description
• Partner and licensee on-boarding requirements where relevant.
• The coordination of category mailings and communications.
• Create and maintain licensee contact lists
• Update and maintain category shared folders as well as maintaining and updating any trackers.
• Responsible for completing necessary supporting admin for new licensing deals e.g. deal memos, contract checking
• Assist in the preparation of targeted presentations to pitch, support or launch licensing programmes or specific category areas
• Coordinate in the preparation and the running of licensee, partner and retail presentations/meetings and trade shows
• Ensure internal status reports, licensee lists, retail listings and other relevant licensing databases and reports are updated and distributed
• Ensure licensees, agents, brand owners and retailers receive up to date info, sales material, status reports and other relevant assets on a regular basis
• To be the day to day contact on all general licensing enquiries, internal and external clients, licensees and agents and passing over to relevant colleague internally where applicable
• Attend licensee meetings, trade fairs and networking events where appropriate
• Assist the team with ad-hoc marketing and data analysis, category gap analysis and identify key opportunities
• Establish strong and professional working relationships with the licensees and brand owners.
• Management of other ad-hoc projects
• Other duties as assigned

Skills And Requirements
• Strong organisation and communication skills
• Previous administrative experience in licensing, sales, marketing and/or retail essential
• Experience of dealing with various levels of seniority internally and externally across {EMEA/Americas/Asia}
• Able to work under pressure and meet short deadlines
• Can-do attitude and solutions orientated approach
• Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise workload
• Team player
• Basic computer skills: MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Understanding of Computer Graphics Programs: Photoshop, Adobe, Illustrator, In Design is an advantage
